Afrobeats star Kizz Daniel has revealed plans to drop two albums in 2026 after delaying his originally planned Uncle K project in 2025. The singer shared the update on his Instagram story on May 15, 2026, thanking fans for their patience and confirming that both projects will arrive later this year.
The upcoming albums, titled Uncle K and Radio Gidi, are expected to build on the momentum of his 2025 EP Uncle K: Lemon Chase. The seven-track project featured collaborations with FOLA, Odumodublvck, and Bella Shmurda.
Kizz Daniel had initially intended to release Uncle K in 2025 but postponed the album following the loss of his mother-in-law. Instead, he released the EP as a preview of the sound and direction fans could expect from the full project.
The singer has not released a full-length album since his 2023 album Maverick, which contained 20 tracks. In 2024, he kept fans engaged with the EP TZA, a project that produced popular songs like Sooner, Too Busy To Be Bae, and Twe Twe.
Widely recognized for crafting catchy Afrobeats hits with relatable lyrics and simple yet appealing melodies, Kizz Daniel is expected to deliver more chart-friendly records with the upcoming albums. In 2026, he has already appeared on G4ZI’s song Energy, and fans are also anticipating his next single, which is expected to arrive soon.
With a music career spanning over ten years, Kizz Daniel has established himself as one of Afrobeats’ most dependable hitmakers. If he successfully releases both albums this year, he will join artists like Seyi Vibez among the few Nigerian musicians to put out multiple LPs within a single year.
