To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Spotify has unveiled personalised all-time listening insights for users, while also revealing the platform’s most-streamed artists in history, including Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny, and Drake.

As part of the anniversary campaign, Spotify users can now explore detailed statistics about their listening habits over the years. These insights include the exact day they joined Spotify, the first song they streamed, the number of unique tracks they have listened to, and their all-time most-played artist. Users also receive a personalised “All-Time Top Songs” playlist featuring their 120 most-streamed tracks alongside individual play counts.

The feature, titled Spotify 20, is currently available to eligible users in Nigeria and Kenya. It allows listeners to relive memorable moments through the music and artists that have shaped their experiences on the platform. At the end of the experience, users can generate share cards to post their results on social media or send them to friends.

Beyond personalised data, Spotify’s anniversary celebration also highlights the platform’s global streaming milestones. Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny, and Drake rank as Spotify’s top three most-streamed artists of all time worldwide. Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti holds the record for the most-streamed album, while The Weeknd’s Blinding Lights is the platform’s most-streamed song ever, followed by Ed Sheeran’s Shape of You. The Joe Rogan Experience leads as the most-streamed podcast globally, while Sarah J. Maas’s A Court of Thorns and Roses tops the audiobook category among Premium users.

Spotify has additionally curated a collection of playlists celebrating influential musical eras, trends, and cultural moments from the last two decades. These playlists are accessible through the Spotify 20 hub.

Earlier in 2026, Spotify also celebrated five years of operations in Nigeria by releasing a list of the country’s most-streamed artists of all time. Asake secured the top spot, followed by Wizkid and Seyi Vibez. Burna Boy ranked fourth, while Davido completed the top five, reflecting their continued dominance in Nigeria’s streaming landscape.
